Thailands biggest Muay Thai production Thai Fight was held in the island of Koh Samui in Thailand. The Sitsongpeenong Phuket team did a road and ferry trip to the island. The crowd was imense with 10,000 people packing the crowd to see the best Thai boxing. Muay Thai Super stars Saenchai, Saiyok and Suksakorn all on show plus many more from the best Muay Thai gyms in Thailand. Our own Imad Sitsongpeenong Phuket from Morcocco faced off against current Thai Fight champion Saiyok. Saiyok is also a for Lumphine and Rajadernman Champion. Imad attcaked Saiyok from the opening bell with a lot of successs going into the second round ahead on points and Saiyok visably shaken. The second round was more of the same bust hands and fast kicks even dumping Saiyok the the canvas a couple time. Unfortunately towards the end of the round Saiyok landed a strong elbow which gave Imad an 8 count and swung the fight back the other way. Imad gave 100% in the final round but was unable to launch his attacks with the same Venum after been visably shaken by the elbow. Saiyok was the winner. Imad impressed the Thai Fight Team and now has been booked for Laos, London and later in the year Paris. Thanks to Sayannoi and Sagadphet for putting in the hard work training Imad at Sitsongpeenong Phuket. Sayannoi and Sagadphet are both for Lumphinee Champions and Champions of Thailand with victories over super stars Singdam, Nong B, Pornsanah and Petboonchu and Bovy to name a few.
